I am a bit miffed to report some hiccups. the room key cards were temperamental. They just wouldn't cooperate. gaining access to the lounge proved to be a challenge, even though i had booked a club lounge room. it was a bit of a letdown considering the hefty price tag attached to those rooms.

Room 717 was very clean. check-in was on july 6, 2024. check-out occurred on july 7, 2024. the rooms are spacious. They provided a comfortable stay. staff members, including chong, raveena, disha, subodh, sonu, rahul, victor, ayan, mohit, chef kungthong, and sani were very helpful.
during my stay, i noticed the absence of a royal club lounge. this closure impacted the overall experience. i hope it reopens soon.
