charming getaway
friendly staffcomfortable bedamazing breakfastcentral location
the staff members were very friendly and helpful i found the bed very comfortable the facilities were great the breakfast was amazing the level of cleanliness was excellent the location suited me well as i could walk to town easily i hope to return one day. i found the communication before arrival great i could easily locate my room the hotel smelled amazing decorated beautifully with lovely background music during the day. i found the room had everything needed including loads of sockets and a very powerful shower the breakfast provided a great range to order with a good selection of juice yoghurt and cereal with little pastries. the location was great for an easy walk into the centre of town a relatively cheap taxi trip back if one doesn't fancy the hill.
i noticed the dressing table chair had some stains i found that the kettle had water in it when i arrived and it had not been washed out also i saw the bathroom door handle had loose screws and a screw fell out , made opening the door difficult

the building stood just outside the main city centre i appreciated the quiet nights and only a short walk into town it's a convenient location near key attractions and transport links i could easily access various parts of the area.

the beautiful king bath room included everything necessary for a pleasant stay it featured comfortable bed with gorgeous bed linen the room has various facilities one would expect also the hotel is decorated beautifully with lovely background music during the day.

the staff was friendly and helpful providing excellent service throughout my stay the communication before arrival was great making it very relaxing to arrive at the venue and locate the room it also made me feel welcome and well-cared for.

varied breakfastcomplimentary biscuits
the breakfast included many choices and the staff were always replenishing items. the room had tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits were provided daily. i found free parking on site a real bonus.

a few issues detracted from the stay.
traffic noisesmaller room
The room was a bit disappointing. the traffic noise was noticeable, especially at night. also, i thought a fridge would have been useful, especially for longer stays. the website images showed a room that looked bigger than the one i got. I'm not sure it was the same room!

i was thrilled with my stay! the communication before arrival was seamless. the hotel smelled divine, decorated beautifully with lovely background music. breakfast offered a great range of choices with fresh juice and pastries.
the parking access had a steep incline, a bit tricky but thankfully i found a spot!

the location is quite convenient to access! it's approximately a 25-minute walk to the town centre. for those not keen on walking uphill, a taxi back is an option.
