the included breakfast offered many choices and fresh options that provided a satisfying start each day i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful with all requests the building displayed elegant decor and historical touches i especially liked the bay window in my room and the view.

amazing time in the city!

the staff were polite and ensured i was satisfied . breakfast had a huge selection of fresh items!!! i loved the blend of luxury and art deco environment. the location was also great with easy access to many sites by walking.
the water was only provided on the first night of my stay, i think there should be fresh water every day.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bedding was changed daily. the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing kept the room quiet.

the location was good, being quite central.
the bathroom felt very small. showering proved difficult without the bathroom getting completely wet. also, housekeeping staff did not changed water glasses during my days at the hotel. it was odd.

The lack of heating was a problem because it was unusually cold. I needed an electrical outlet for my devices. There was barely one available. Flat sheets were available only upon request, I think this is outrageous.
