i found the location convenient. the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was very clean and modern. the hotel provided a charming experience.

I found the hotel's location ideal, providing easy access to the main square. The breakfast selection offered a fantastic variety of options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful . I particularly enjoyed the well kept spa areawith a sauna.
The noise from nearby clubs was noticeable at night. Better soundproofing could improve the sleep quality.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor air conditioning limited cleaning
I was disappointed by the air conditioning. It barely cooled the room. the technician visit did not resolve the issue. the room faced the lobby, so opening the window wasn't an option because of the warm air. cleaning was also only done upon request. This seemed like a cost-saving measure by the hotel.

The room was spacious with blackout curtains and AC.
The air conditioning was rubbish. It just blew out warm air. A technician came to check it, but it did not improve. I think this is a way of pacifying guests.
