I found the staff very helpful and attentive. The location is great, situated in the Gros area, a newer part of town with easy access to the historic center. My room was quite nice and I had a very comfortable bed. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The reception staff were helpful, offering great conversation. The hotel is wonderfully situated in a vibrant area that feels less touristy. I found many bars and restaurants nearby, all serving delicious food. It is really close to the Kursaal. Ideal for the annual Film Festival.
