efficient air conditioningempty gelunfilled machine
the air conditioning was efficient so i was glad.
the shower gel wasn't refilled and was empty so I was disappointed. the coffee machine didn't work so my morning started rough. reception staff didn't care less when i reported these issues.

empty dispenserfaulty machine
the shower gel dispenser was empty when i arrived, a minor oversight. the coffee machine in my room also did not function properly, so my morning coffee was not possible. furthermore, the phone line seemed to be crossed with the front desk. i received calls meant for the reception, which continued late into the night and disrupted my sleep (i was in room 508). the reception staff seemed unconcerned with this issue and offered no immediate solution or apology, so i unplugged the phone myself to prevent further disturbances.

the breakfast offered a huge choice i particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants it had many options the location felt very central near many restaurants. staff members showed consistent friendliness and helpfulness. the room had coffee making facilities which was a nice touch

the breakfast offered a LARGE selection and tasted good.
I experienced issues with the phone in my room. It rang repeatedly with other guests trying to gain access. the reception staff seemed aware of the problem, yet it remained unresolved. THIS disrupted my sleep significantly.

the breakfast had good variety. the hotel allowed pets, that helped me a lot. the hotel is close to the beach and city center, so getting around was easy. the hotel provide fresh bread, the quality was good.
the shower gel was not refilled in my room, this was inconvenient. the coffee machine in the room didnt work either, i have to go downstairs. the hotel had a problem with the phone lines, it woke me up.
