the location was great! it safe area, and the super nice team. i had a small issue with my room, but they moved me to another one right away. the new room was super clean, and i really enjoyed the provided toiletries!
Honestly? the stairs! I wasn't expecting so many steps.

alexander at the reception was so helpful. i appreciated the complimentary macarons upon arrival. the room had usb chargers built into the walls, a convenient touch. i also liked the quiet atmosphere during the night, even with the central location.

the staff were amazing and happily provided ice buckets glasses for champagne and cutlery on request.
the layout of the room was not good it was not in a rectangle shape once i opened the suitcase there was no way to walk through the room. toilet and bathroom were separate in 2 places. there were no fridges inside the room. the pillow offered little support.
