Great Location, Comfortable Stay

The location was excellent. The heavy curtains blocked out the light well at night. I found the bathroom good with an effective and powerful shower (it was refreshing).
The room had no phone to call reception. The hotel should consider addressing this detail for better guest convenience.

I found the lack of an elevator quite inconvenient. carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was taxing. furthermore, the bar downstairs was closed, and the absence of on-site breakfast options was disappointing. It limited convenience. 'the closed bar was inconvenient. And the stairs were difficult'.

The staff were friendly and helpful when i arrived. I appreciated that the location was very central.
I found the room a little tired and run down. The seats provided were not really fit for purpose (they felt unsteady when sat on). The room felt unclean. Noise from outside was loud in the early hours.
