My room featured complimentary water. The room also had tea and biscuits replenished daily (a nice touch!). The food for both dinner and breakfast offered many choices to suit varied tastes.
The service was a little slow to get attention, even with few customers around.

i found the staff very helpful and polite. the room was super clean with a comfortable bed. i was able to upgrade to a harbor view room upon arrival, and .
the service was a bit slow when i went for a drink. it was hard to get someone's attention initially, even though it was very quiet. i think the aperol spritz seemed overpriced for what it was.

breakfast choices included good options and they were presented well. the hotel has a lovely outlook over the marina. a good choice of restaurants and cafés are nearby. dinner should be considered in the restaurant.

the location is excellent, right on the water but also close to the center. the hotel itself has lovely seating areas. it features quirky decor. the marina provides views for walking.

there is a beautiful lounge area on the top floor. you are able to have a drink there with amazing views over the marina. the lounge overlooks the orwell bridge.
