I appreciated the hotel's great location near bars and restaurants, and the convenient parking was a plus. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room had lots of amenities including tea, coffee, and biscuits. The bathroom was very clean, and I found the shower lovely.

The Aperol spritz I ordered seemed to have too much soda for the price.

The room was amazing, very warm, and cosy. It included many amenities. The bed was comfortable, very large, so there was lots of space. Soft, fluffy towels were provided for added comfort and convenience. It was a treat.

My room featured complimentary water. The room also had tea and biscuits replenished daily (a nice touch!). The food for both dinner and breakfast offered many choices to suit varied tastes.

The service was a little slow to get attention, even with few customers around.

i found the staff very helpful and polite. the room was super clean with a comfortable bed. i was able to upgrade to a harbor view room upon arrival, and .

the service was a bit slow when i went for a drink. it was hard to get someone's attention initially, even though it was very quiet. i think the aperol spritz seemed overpriced for what it was.
