i adored the superior me city view room, it felt expansive. the bed provided a luxurious sleep with perfect soundproofing. the humongous shower room has bali style showerheads, it seemed like a personal spa. i loved the enviromentally friendly glass bottles for water.
corridors are dimly lit, making it hard to insert the room key.

Excellent Location and Caring Staff

The location is fantastic near the Waldorf Hotel. It is close to India House and some embassies. Charing Cross stations are a short walk. Shruthi Satheesh provided a very smooth check-in. She showed care for my mom. The staff and concierge were also very helpful. The breakfast had great options too.

the staff was super helpful and friendly! the lobby, hallways, and our room were great. viktor, the concierge, and ivan, the doorman, gave us fantastic recommendations. i found the location very convenient.
the room had a broken light. there was also very poor lighting. we had flickering lights. this was disappointing.

some issues during stay

broken remotetired room
i was a bit frustrated. the tv remote controls were not working. i called reception but nobody picked up (the message saying the call would be answered soon was quite annoying). breakfast was relocated. the croissant was cold and hard. overall, the room felt tired and really needs some work done.
