valet parking breakfast selection shower design control panel
I really appreciated the convenient location of this place. The valet parking service was available and quite helpful. The breakfast selection via room service offered a wide range of choices. The ordering process was simple, and Suman delivered the food promptly.
The shower design was not ideal. The water went everywhere except on my body because of the rose set in the ceiling and metal slates to stand on. The control panel in my room had a malfunction, which affected the electrics and caused all the lights to come on multiple times during the night.

superior view luxurious sleep bali showerheads friendly bottles
i adored the superior me city view room, it felt expansive. the bed provided a luxurious sleep with perfect soundproofing. the humongous shower room has bali style showerheads, it seemed like a personal spa. i loved the enviromentally friendly glass bottles for water.
corridors are dimly lit, making it hard to insert the room key.

the staff displayed genuine hospitality and offered a warm welcome. they personally escorted me to my room, and their service comes with a smile, a simple gesture .

a brief walk leads to the charming covent garden, a haven for shopping. the hotel's position in the west end enables convenient access to musicals. it creates magical evenings filled with artistic expression.

Excellent Location and Caring Staff

The location is fantastic near the Waldorf Hotel. It is close to India House and some embassies. Charing Cross stations are a short walk. Shruthi Satheesh provided a very smooth check-in. She showed care for my mom. The staff and concierge were also very helpful. The breakfast had great options too.

Breakfast was very relaxed and offered a vast choice. I could find a great combination of a mini buffet and al la carte options. I also recommend the rooftop for drinks.

The hotel is modern and closely located near the Thames. My room had excellent soundproofing and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great , with a spacious shower.

The staff was friendly and cute. One staff member made sure that I was well taken care of. He made all my requests happen within five minutes. This was really good customer service.

the staff was super helpful and friendly! the lobby, hallways, and our room were great. viktor, the concierge, and ivan, the doorman, gave us fantastic recommendations. i found the location very convenient.
the room had a broken light. there was also very poor lighting. we had flickering lights. this was disappointing.

I found two restaurants connected to the hotel. stk offers steaks, and an italian restaurant offers italian food. both seemed very tasty and meticulously prepared. A rooftop bar provides another dining option.

the hotel has a rooftop bar. the bar is easy for getting something quick to eat. i noticed a contemporary art exhibit in the lobby. foster's architecture features skylines.

the staff was super helpful. the concierge and doorman offered recommendations. the valet parking service was very convenient. alba and her team assisted with restaurant bookings.

some issues during stay
broken remote tired room
i was a bit frustrated. the tv remote controls were not working. i called reception but nobody picked up (the message saying the call would be answered soon was quite annoying). breakfast was relocated. the croissant was cold and hard. overall, the room felt tired and really needs some work done.
