The room lighting was quite dim. the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Maneuvering around with a plate was a challenge, I must say. Finding a parking spot nearby proved to be more difficult than initially anticipated. The hotel has limited spaces.

I found the location very convenient, a short walk to key attractions. the staff were friendly and promptly addressed my requests. i liked the on-site restaurant. The food was delicious and saved me the hassle of finding dinner elsewhere.

my room was spacious and very clean, it featured modern decor. The bed had fresh linens and comfortable pillows, everything was in order. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries and soft towels.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi access and it was reliable. a communal lounge was available . It was comfortable. i did appreciate the luggage storage service after checkout, it helped me a lot.

A breakfast buffet was included and it had a wide selection of food options. the on-site restaurant, the black duck, served local cuisine. I tried some polish dishes. the orangery provided free coffee and tea throughout the day.

The reception staff were helpful and provided tourist information. they also arranged airport transfers for me. They made it easy. the staff were available 24/7. This offered peace of mind.

the hotel staff was friendly i suppose, and the location was pretty central.
I did find the room too small, especifically the shower. it was a double room and i would expected a little more space. the breakfast was a real letdown. Very limited options and the bread was stale. the bed mattress was to firm for my liking, too, so i didn't sleep well during the nights i stayed.

the reception staff was helpful and very friendly.
I was woken up at 7 am every morning because someone was dragging a cart full of crates. It made a terrible noise. the cleaning ladies had their prop room right next to my room and it was very noisy. the hotel's parking did not exist. The receptionist sent us 2 km away to park the car where i also paid 120 zl per day.
