Underwhelming Stay. Room Issues Exist

The staff at the front desk were reasonably helpful during check-in.
The room lacked expected amenities. There was no minibar, a standard for hotels in this category. housekeeping failed to replenish basic toiletries one day, SUCH as shampoo and soap.

enormous showerfantastic pressurebest mealstaff efforts
I loved the enormous shower, it featured fantastic pressure plus temperature controls and made my mornings so much better! breakfast was also amazing, and one of the best meals during my trip. every amenity was superb, and i am so grateful for the staff's efforts. i definitely plan to return. This stay was worth it!
the lighting felt a tiny bit too dark sometimes in certain areas of the room, not ideal, but manageable.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality, always ready to help with requests. the doorman was helpful. He offered to take pictures on the roof! luna at the front desk provided invaluable assistance, saving the day with restaurant reservations.

This location is optimal. It has a very short walk to the middle of the champs élysées! the metro stop nearby makes accessing other parts of the city easy. everything was a maximum of 11 minutes away.
