slow valetlimited breakfast
The valet service was quite slow. i requested my car and waited almost 40 minutes. It was frustrating. also, the breakfast selection felt limited. there wasn't as much variety as i expected from a hotel of this caliber. A wider array of options would definitely improve the experience. there weren't many gluten free alternatives too. this was particularly disappointing as i have dietary needs.

poor breakfast selectionrude staff
the breakfast selection was poor. it had very limited choice and low-quality food. the overall standard of food throughout the hotel was underwhelming. it lacked freshness and flavour. the pool area was badly managed and became a daily source of frustration. there were virtually NO loungers available because guests reserved sunbeds with clothing. staff allowed this behavior to continue unchecked it was UNACCEPTABLE.

I liked the hotel's location next to the marina. i found the Marina Mall nearby super useful. my beautiful marina view room had views over the marina. It was especially pretty at night with lights. housekeeping was good and always on hand.
