The location is very convenient. The hotel is close to many attractions. The staff assisted with taxi arrangements. Our daughters received a birthday surprise. This was thoughtful.
The price seemed high because of the marathon , even though I had no interest in it. The room layout seemed poorly designed. I noticed the wardrobe had some dirt on top.

The staff offered me an warm welcome. The room was very clean upon my arrival, which i APPRECIATED. The location is very convenient. IT is close to restaurants, shopping and business locations.
The bar was noisy. I THINK i was charged for a local call which seemed unnecessary. i would ask to see your receipt to check for any extra charges.

I enjoyed the elegant building and chic, comfortable rooms. the location offered easy access to major attractions (i loved being so close to everything). i savored a good dinner at wild honey bistro. breakfast each day. the st james bar is a true gem with well trained staff. I especially appreciated the bee's knees cocktails.
i encountered a minor inconvenience. i experienced noise from the housecleaning closet next to my room at times. Requesting a room away from service areas would resolve this issue.

i relished the bistro with its great service and cute atmosphere, especially thanks to vicky from greece (she.). the burger and red wine carafe made for a tasty meal. the breakfast impressed me with its food selection and attentive service.
