i appreciated the quick check-in and the helpful staff, they allowed me to drop my bags before the official time. the hotel design is very attractive with rooms well designed and in a quiet location near paddington and hyde park. the location made it easy to access various parts of the city.
the key machine malfunctioned . i didn't have a key. i always required assistance from reception to open the door to my floor.

i am grateful to the attentive reception staff. anisha and rehana offered helpful assistance . the location proved convenient, close to transport options.. i appreciated the modern minimal decor.
the room i stayed in was really small. there was no bedside table and not enough space for luggage. this meant it was difficult to keep my belongings organized .

ayesha at the front desk. she was efficient during check-in (it was easy). she also offered useful local recommendations. i really seemed like a valued guest because of her.
i found that the light coming into the room, even with the curtains closed, made it a little difficult to sleep deeply.

The hotel offered a very clean facility. i found the location great, especially its proximity to paddington. i really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the cleaner. Ionela left some nice towel art after learning about our family celebration. the hotel design was well executed.
