The room had two sinks. The shower included a rainfall shower head with strong water pressure. I appreciated the fast and punctual room service it was quite helpful .

stressed butler rent troubles

the location were acceptable. it allowed for easy access to many shops.

the service fell short of expectations. the butler seemed stressed and also mentioned his rent troubles, rather inappropriate. The front desk staff, while friendly, lacked a certain polish I would expect. it felt as they are still learning.

excellent staff responsive staff lovely touch

The staff was excellent and very responsive. I appreciated the reception by the staff, which exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was accommodating and professional. The cleaning staff decorated the room with roses and candles when I went for dinner, a lovely touch.

The hotel features Sette Ristorante, Gianlucca, and his staff prepared lovely dishes. Samuelle, the Chef, created "made to order" plates. I found the food delicious and beautifully made.

The concierge assisted with restaurant bookings with warmth. The spa team created a true paradise atmosphere. Talented therapists provided relaxing and energizing treatments there. I really enjoyed my time.

The room was lovely with great decor. I enjoyed the tea in the room. There was always a different variety. The tea was kept warm in a thermos and was accompanied by different cakes every day.
