Excellent Stay Near Royal Albert Hall
clean room modern bathroom friendly staff
The room was clean and nicely furnished. The technology available in the rooms is EXCELLENT. Bathrooms include pristine White Company toiletries and good showers. I found the staff to be very friendly, and they were always cute.
The lift was a bit small for luggage and people together. It felt somewhat cramped.

Staff members were always friendly. They were also helpful. The reception handled everything professionally, especially when i had questions. I felt quite taken care of at the hotel, it was very nice.

I found the hotel modern and clean. The hotel offered good value. I considered the food and beverages good value, especially given the location. The staff was friendly and helpful .
I noticed the room was small compared to the pictures online. The bed was against the wall. I found little space for anything else. This setup.

really good staff excellent location modern bathroom small lift one chair closed minibar
I found the staff really good. nothing seemed too much of an ask for them. the location is excellent, providing easy access to central destinations via gloucester road tube station. the bathroom was particularly gorgeous. It was both clean and modern.
I found the lift too small. it felt quite cramped with us, the luggage, and the porter. the room was supposed to be a twin room, but there was only one chair. Frankly, there wasn't room for two. the minibar would not open..

decent stay, some disappointments
small room noisy area
the room felt quite small compared to what i anticipated from the pictures online. the bed was pushed right up against the wall. little space remained for moving around. the breakfast area was very noisy. the arrangement felt more like a budget hotel than a four-star hotel. it really affected the start of my day.
