I stayed in a superior room king bed. the room was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a great selection (i especially liked the pastries!). filtered water was available on every floor. I found this very convenient.

the location are great, i guess, so there is one thing i won't complain about.

the receptionist, oh boy, he made check-in last for about half an hour even though his colleague was faster processing other guests. that was really unconvincing, i think i almost lost my patience.

I found the hotel in a very safe area. it had nice coffee shops. quick, healthy bite options were directly across the street. the staff were excellent. When i needed emergency paperwork printed, they were very helpful. They printed off papers quickly. i will consider a future stay here.

i stayed for only one night, the room was decent, but too hot. there was no air conditioning, and it remained too warm even with the window open all night. the open window meant it was sometimes noisy. the cups were cheap brown paper.

the location offered easy access to key tourist attractions. restaurants, supermarkets and the city centre were within walking distance. public transport and taxis offered convenient alternatives. i especially liked that i was close to the tate modern.

the breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, so everyone in my group found something great. strong wifi was consistently available. there was also a nice communal space. it was good for working or socializing.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. i enjoyed the cream tea , and it was beautifully presented. the location is great within walking distance of the shard, borough market, and shakespeare's globe.

i stayed at this hotel before and it was fine. this time it was awful, for two nights, the room was not made. i complained and the second night, when i returned, the bed was made.

I was disappointed by a couple of things . firstly, the noise level was unacceptable. i could constantly hear street traffic even late at night. It made sleeping quite difficult. also, the air conditioning was not effective enough. the room never cooled down sufficiently, especially with the street noise, air conditioning failure
