the staff greeted guests politely. tam was very helpful! the bathroom had good facilities. the breakfast provided was good, offering a decent selection.
The room i had was too small. photos online did not accurately show the size, and there was not enough room for luggage. the shower being in the same room as the toilet made the floor a slip hazard. It felt unsafe.

The location was definitely perfect for exploring. I could walk to many attractions. I enjoyed the hotel's design elements. Every detail felt thoughtful. The team, especially tran, trinh, and vinh, provided excellent hospitality.. i really felt welcome. Breakfast had great options and a fun atmosphere.

The staff, including anh, kiet, and trinh, were helpful with luggage and always held the door open. Nhung, the hotel manager, provided really good care WHEN i became ill, she were very good to help me. All staff members were always courteous and friendly.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The hotel is near ben thanh market and other main sites, with access for walking. The rooms include all essential amenities and very quiet spaces.. this ensures a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The breakfast buffet provides great options including pho and fresh fruit daily. The chef prepared special dishes to accommodate my dietary needs, this service showed really good care and attention. The restaurant has lovely decorations and a beautiful atmosphere, especially in the morning.

the hotel breakfast included a lovely buffet. the staff, namely vinh, tri, and hung, were pretty good expectations. it was a pleasure.
The superior double room i had was shockingly small. it was smaller than the deceptive photos online suggested. There was barely any storage. ironically, the bathroom and sink area were bigger than the bedroom.
