Acceptable, but with some issues
slow breakfast worn loungers
I was a little disappointed by a couple of things . The breakfast service was quite slow. It took a long time to get coffee. (I only got one cup!) the pool area is showing its age. The sun loungers looked worn and could use replacing.

a amazing stay
cute tone excellent wi-fi
i enjoyed three nights at this hotel. upon arrival, i was escorted to club millésime for check-in. marcus assisted with the formalities and ensured i was well taken care of (very kind of him!). i also had a convenient and well prepared in-room dining meal. every visit to the club lounge was amazing.
i wish the hotel had clearly displayed nhi's name on her name tag. guests should easily see and acknowledge the staff who provide excellent service. i think it would allow for better recognition.

the hotel has a very central location. the notre dame cathedral, saigon post office and the book street are nearby. major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so no taxis are needed.
