I found the location very convenient with easy access to local hotspots. The staff were always helpful with directions and recommendations. The pool AREA provided a relaxing space after exploring the island. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options, which I appreciated.

The elevator WAS occasionally slow during peak hours.

the staff was lovely, the gentleman checked us in. i really appreciated the bottle of cava they gave us for celebrations. the pool area is beautiful and i would have loved to check out the spa!

I couldn't determine who chooses the music. It was loud, depressing techno music and not ideal to relax to.
