wonderful experience!

clean roomslovely staffstreet noise
the rooms were clean and bright. the location was amazing and reception staff were lovely! i enjoyed the proximity to many attractions. the helpful staff provided prompt service.
the street outside was noisy at times, interfering with sleep. i suggest better soundproofing for street-facing rooms.

great locationfriendly staffsafe hotelsuper comfy
location was great. it was near many shops and restaurants. the staff were always friendly. the hotel felt okay all time. there was free coffee available and also pastries from 1-8 pm. the beds were super comfy and the shower was good.
the hotel not offer coffee in the room, this is a shame.

the room was clean. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was well kept. air conditioning worked properly, maintaining a consistent temperature. the layout maximized the space available and it felt good.

the staff was very friendly. front desk provided quick assistance and check-in. housekeeping maintained the room and kept everything tidy. i was well taking care of and i felt that the hotel cared about my comfort.
