a dream in the gothic quarter!
enchanting location warm welcome helpful staff super clean hotel
The hotel location was enchanting. i walked to many historical places with pure delight. the staff provided a warm welcome, and i received helpful transport information. It made exploring so easy. the room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and the hotel was super clean.
The coffee machine seemed a little temperamental at times. But i found a nice coffee shop nearby.

pastries at breakfast were delicious. the hotel provided cava in the afternoons, a lovely touch, and the coffee service was constant. a great selection was available to begin the day, and i relished the fresh tastes.

clean rooms lovely staff
the rooms were clean and bright. the location was amazing and reception staff were lovely! i enjoyed the proximity to many attractions. the helpful staff provided prompt service.
the street outside was noisy at times, interfering with sleep. i suggest better soundproofing for street-facing rooms.

great location friendly staff safe hotel super comfy
location was great. it was near many shops and restaurants. the staff were always friendly. the hotel safe area. there was free coffee available and also pastries from 1-8 pm. the beds were super comfy and the shower was good.
the hotel not offer coffee in the room, this is a shame.

the room was clean. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was well-kept. air conditioning worked properly, maintaining a consistent temperature. the layout maximized the space available and it felt good.
