i liked that free bottled water was in the room upon my arrival. it was good to know there was a mini bar also stocked. the room safe was simple for me to use. i found the coffee and tea available in the lobby from 1-8pm to be so handy.

getting a taxi to drop me off directly at the hotel proved slightly tricky.

i really enjoyed the location right in the gothic quarter. i found everything within walking distance which was very convenient. the staff provided excellent service, always being friendly and helpful. i thought the room was very clean and well appointed, it exceeded my expectations.

i found getting a taxi to drop me off at the hotel was a little tricky.

a dream in the gothic quarter!

The hotel location was enchanting. i walked to many historical places with pure delight. the staff provided a warm welcome, and i received helpful transport information. It made exploring so easy. the room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and the hotel was super clean.

The coffee machine seemed a little temperamental at times. But i found a nice coffee shop nearby.

the rooms were clean and bright. the location was amazing and reception staff were lovely! i enjoyed the proximity to many attractions. the helpful staff provided prompt service.

the street outside was noisy at times, interfering with sleep. i suggest better soundproofing for street-facing rooms.
