the hotel is located a convenient distance from Rambla street. the location is near the port. i observed the hotel is on a quiet street near Montjuic hill. I noticed shops and a cafe nearby.
i noticed A slight inconvenience as the hotel did not seem to have available staff to assist guests during check-in and departure, only one receptionist was present.

The breakfast had a very wide choice with helpful staff present. presentation looked very well done. not many people seemed to opt for it though. i do recommend it.

the room felt very clean with comfortable features. there were amenities and different goodies for personal needs. i observed all the provided cosmetics in the bathroom with gratitude. all the amenities are very useful.

Staff proved to be friendly and answered my queries with accuracy. the SPA seemed nice with facilities. I'd love to have used it. florencia at the front desk was always very sweet and helpful to guests.

The hotel is in a great location (near the metro). It's easy to access many tourist spots quickly. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The Standard Double Room had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the modern bathroom facilities. The room included complimentary tea and coffee, a detail I always appreciate after a long day exploring.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. They helped with directions and local recommendations. (Their English was excellent). The hotel employees always was ready to assist guests with a smile.

The staff was very helpful arranging transportation! from the cruise terminal and to the airport.
The location suffered from roadworks outside! the price felt too high for what I got. The sink was in the room and not the bathroom. This made things uncomfortable. there was no chair or table.
