The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has great eating options. It is close to a metro station so very walkable.

I hate writing a bad review, but rooms weren't great. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and mold is pretty prevalent. The a/c stopped working as well.

I found the location excellent. It is close to many attractions, like the Louvre and Notre Dame.. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee. The beds and pillows in the Superior Twin Room were very comfortable.

The shower door did not have a lock.

The room had comfortable temperature. I appreciated that there was good lighting in the room. We really enjoyed the Smart TV with its many streaming apps. The selection of food and drinks at the included breakfast was also nice. It was presented very well and the staff was very friendly.

The room walls are pretty funky and velvety.

The hotel is at a walkable and interesting part of town. Staff kindness is excellent. Dianne helped us with getting our bearings in the neighborhood. She also helped us setting up a ride to the airport.

The cleaning lady or someone of the staff stole our stuff from our room. They were very rude and they didn't care. Everything about the hotel was a big disappointment. The rooms are small and noisy.
