The location ROCKS! I found myself just a minute from the Blanche Métro station. The staff was super friendly, it was so cool! Plus, there are lots of restaurants and cafés around if you don't want the breakfast.
The room was tiny, it was a real bummer. Noisy water pipes made it hard to sleep, all night long. I also found the room too hot to be comfortable.

small roomunreliable hot water
The room was quite small. i found the hot water wasn't always reliable. there were times when it fluctuated to cold, not ideal, especially after a long day. also, i noticed some noise from what seemed like machinery near my room. It continued through the night, and it was hard to sleep well.
