I adored our canal-facing room. It had great light. the staff was kind and helpful (. breakfast featured delicious coffee and fresh juice. the location allowed easy access to many restaurants and several metro stations.
The bathroom light flickered constantly. It was a minor annoyance during an otherwise lovely stay.

the room faced the canal and offered a charming view. the cozy double room was clean and well kept with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. it was perfect.

breakfast included fresh orange juice and good coffee. the hotel's location allowed easy access to multiple metro stations and restaurants. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations (making our exploration seamless).

The location proved great. Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est are within walking distance. The area is beautiful. The room had a canal view. I watched boats go through the lock directly. I also enjoyed the amenities including a comfy bed and a nice shower.
Some things in the room were broken. The light in the toilet area blinked. The outlet cover kept falling off near the sink. More attention should be paid to maintenance.

great location really good service ample cupboard
I found the location very convenient, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff offered really good service, especially with recommendations. our room had nice extras. I appreciated the fridge, coffee machine, and ample cupboard space. the cleanliness throughout the hotel also impressed me.
The wooden floor had a varnish. It stained our socks yellow.

Breakfast was simple yet satisfying with freshly squeezed orange juice, a pot of tea or coffee, and a selection of croissant or baguette. Breakfast is served in the room. i enjoyed the freshness of all the ingredients.

Adequate stay with minor inconveniences
convenient location large room size maintenance issues blinking light
The room size was larger than I expected, especially considering other spaces. The location was convenient to many restaurants and metro stations. This made getting around simple. I appreciated the views from the big windows.
There were some maintenance issues I noticed . One cover kept falling off near the sink, and the toilet light was blinking. I found this a bit distracting. More frequent maintenance checks would improve the guest experience.
