The room had a mini fridge and a very useful hair dryer. I found these amenities very handy. i particularly enjoyed the view facing montparnasse tower. i liked that the metro station was conveniently located, just a short three-minute walk away. i also relished a cappuccino at the hotel cafe.
The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. It was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel provides free coffee in the lobby, a nice touch . the staff maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the rooms and common areas, and i found the rooms have sufficient soundproofing.

the hotel's location is near gare montparnasse, convenient for travelers. a metro station is very close. many restaurants are within a short walking distance, quite convenient! the area offers easy access to shops.

the receptionist, thomas, was kind and professional! the staff are helpful and polite, always ready to assist. kenza was very good. she made my son sunny side up eggs.

weak shower pressureloose plug
The bathroom situation needs improvement. the shower pressure was weak!!! plus, the water never got hot. the toilet often needed multiple flushes to work properly. also, the bathroom plug was loose. I had to hold the hair dryer plug in place while using it, a huge inconvenience.

the receptionist was friendly and let me store my luggage. i arrived too early for checking in.
The hotel is above a metro line. i could hear the grumblings at least every 15 minutes. I really do not recommend it.

The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the room. It had a good location near many bakeries and restaurants. And my room was ready even after I arrived early. The hotel took my bags and put them in my room when I returned later. This was a great service.
