i found the breakfast variety really good, with many choices. the rooftop pool provided artificial shadow, allowing comfortable swimming..
the concierge service pushed a specific car service to the airport and claimed taxis were unavailable due to rain though taxis were present.

Every staff member had A smile. The Battuta Suite, specifically 901, was great. Kep was our steward. breakfast impressed. Susan and Susy showed great attentiveness.

The hotel provides a pool with good temperature. Swimming laps are possible in this pool. Ibn Battuta Mall sits across the road, and I noted it is a lovely mall and worth a visit. Metro and bus access requires a 10- to 15-minute walk.

mixed feelings about my stay
closed gymcrowded pool
i found a couple issues i really didn't like. the gym was closed , and i wasn't notified beforehand. also, the pool was very crowded all day, with a lot of families, so it didn't feel very relaxing. it made it hard to actually swim or just unwind after a long day.

the service at the reception was acceptable.
The food at the buffet was not consistently hot. Some items were cold. even arriving at opening time did not resolve this issue. the all-inclusive option had limitations with a separate menu at specific locations. This was not adequately communicated beforehand and was very restricting.
