After a long flight, we were delighted to find our room ready right after breakfast, which was a relief. The room was not only stylish but also had the perfect Arabian-modern blend, making it cozy and exotic. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was just perfect for us, from complimentary treats to flawless beach facilities. The location was fabulous, offering a beautiful beach with stunning views and convenient access to nearby attractions; however, it could get a bit crowded. The dining experience was great overall, with polite staff and a variety of options, though having an a la carte choice would have been even better. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel was like a dream come true. The room was beyond luxurious with the biggest bed I've ever seen, a spacious sitting area, balcony with a view over the Burj Al Arab, and a huge bathroom. However, the constant whirring of machinery at night was slightly bothersome. The location on the beach near iconic landmarks was unbeatable.
I had a truly lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were simply stunning with beautiful comfy beds and linen, very clean, and offered a lovely view of the beach and the hotel complex with the charming little Venice-like river where the abra boats traveled. The location was to die for, offering a beautiful stretch of beach, great views of the iconic Burj Al Arab, and even free abra rides along the seawater lagoon. Although there were some minor issues with pushy sales tactics, the overall experience was fantastic.
The hotel offers immediate availability of rooms, allowing for a quick rest and shower upon arrival. The rooms come with balconies, a separate dressing area, and a large bathroom, providing a true Dubai experience with a beautiful view of the ocean and a soft sandy beach. However, there were some issues with service reliability.
