the location close to local attractions proved acceptable.
The room showed signs of wear. The furniture looked dated for a hotel of this reputation. there was also an UNPLEASANT odor emanating from the bathroom. this suggests a problem with the plumbing system.

the hotel is well located. the front desk was accommodating. bellhops helped quickly to get a taxi. customer service were above average.
the hotel charged 300 aed by mistake. the manager said they would refund the difference. i have waited for almost a month, and there's no refund so far.

Everything felt good there. I see view of tower from the autograph. Mr Nurul is of the best I've met there. The waiters are warm welcomed.
The rooms need some cleaning, I notice that. The shisha smell is very bad at fourth floor. I do not classify it as a comfortable family hotel. There is no door separating the bathroom from the rooms, with regret.
