This hotel has a superb location with very close access to shops and the main train station in the area. It grants quick access to the Loop line, allowing you to easily reach Universal Studios. I found the staff patient accommodating and kind. The price was fabulous for such a major city.

This hotel features helpful service desk staff. They arranged our luggage courier service to Tokyo efficiently. The location provides easy access to the station. It is just a short walk away. I found many opportunities for shopping and food due to the proximity to the multi-use complex. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment despite the hotel's closeness to the train line.
The room was a bit dark, and I noticed some charging points did not work.

The hotel sits close to the railway station. This made it simple to use public transportation. The staff proved helpful and friendly. I appreciated their assistance with directions.
My room seemed somewhat old. The shower head sprayed water horizontally. I found it hard to use. I probably would not choose it again

the location was great , very accessible to the station.
the bathroom felt outdated , it wasn't the best. the shower was over the bath and it really needs some updating. there was also no safe in the room , which i would have liked.
