unlimited coffee convenient location carpet stain scuff marked wall
the breakfast was really amazing. they had unlimited coffee, i love that. the front desk was helpful and accommodating, its super. the location is convenient to tamachi station on the yamanote line, how cool.
the floors are carpet and it was stained. the walls were scuff marked and some vents were dusty. the staff after check-in weren't as friendly, sad.

good size room comfortable beds complimentary extras washing machine
I found the hotel location very convenient, with easy access to tamachi and mita stations for all my travels! the room was a good size, and i really appreciated the comfortable, firm beds. all the complimentary extras. the breakfast was quite good too. I enjoyed the washing machine facilities they had on the 2nd floor.
I did notice some minor staining on the carpets in the accommodation floors. Also some scuff marks on the walls.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They always greeted guests with a smile. the housekeeping service was efficient and kept the room very clean daily. i really appreciated their attention to detail and prompt assistance.

The hotel offers free coffee at the customer lounge on the 2nd floor. It also has massage chairs. a washing machine is available . This is so practical. i also liked the availability of tea and coffee in the room.

the hotel is very close to transport and shops. it is located on a quiet street. i found local food options and a convenience store just a few minutes walk away. the hotel is in a business area.
