The staff helped book tours. A complimentary shuttle took me to the bus station. The hotel included a pool and a gym. A rooftop bar gave nice views.

they were always helpful. the room was perfect and clean, just like the entire hotel. the food presentation was really nice, i thought. i found the location great. It was an easy walk to the town center.

The room had a bath by the window. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was generous (i really liked the variety).

I could not use the pool or spa. I still had to pay the full rate, which i found unfair.
