old equipment poor soundproofing
I found a couple of things frustrating. The gym equipment looked old and wasn't well maintained. Some machines were out of order, which limited my workout options (I like to keep active). I wasn't impressed by the lack of soundproofing. I often heard noise from the corridor, and housekeeping started very early making quite a racket.

organized tours helpful staff great breakfast
I liked that the staff organized tours. They also helped me book a taxi to the airport. The hotel is near temples. It made visiting them easy. Breakfast was really great.
The pool needs some filtration work.

the hotel is in the city center. the service was very courteous. free bikes are available, i saw them.

friendly staff generous breakfast
I found the staff to be very friendly. The breakfast selection had good variety. The pool was very clean and much appreciated due to the hot weather. I received complimentary wine and snacks because I booked a longer stay.

Generally Fine Stay.
attentive staff central location fresh fruit limited equipment dark tiles sound insulation
The staff were attentive. They always greeted me with a smile. The location was really central, close to many attractions. The breakfast had a wide selection. I enjoyed the fresh fruit every morning!
The gym was small with limited equipment. Only two machines actually worked. The pool tiles was quite dark, it made the water look uninviting. I found the corridors somewhat noisy at times!

wifi service room facilities small breakfast unclean tables
the staff acted very kind to carry our luggage. the wifi worked very well. i liked the room facilities.
the breakfast choices felt small. i noticed tables were sometimes not clean. ants were occasionally present on the tables. even some ants crawled inside the welcome snack.

helpful staff friendly staff unstable temperature poor cleanliness
the staff was helpful and friendly. they helped.
I was annoyed the shower system had a mind of its own. the temperature wasn't stable at all! i spent most of my shower time adjusting it. the room wasn't very clean either. I saw hair on the floor.
