musty roomunreliable remote
The room smelled a bit musty, I'll admit. the television remote seemed to have a mind of its own. Channels changed spontaneously. It was like communicating with some kind of ghost or something. The shower pressure fluctuated wildly, too. One moment, gentle rain, the next, a firehose blasting away!!!

the townhouse has no soundproofing. i could hear all noises from other guests. they werent being loud just no sound proofing. i could hear normal talking.

i found the room equipped with a range of coffee and biscuits. the shower facilities were notably better than most hotels! it was very clean and the room was equipped with everything i needed.
the lack of a hotel restaurant was a downside for me, considering i prefer dining in. i would have liked more options on-site

The location was convenient for exploring the area.
The room was cold. The thermostat failed to adjust the temperature. I informed reception about this issue and the lack of heating in the bathroom, but maintenance had already finished for the day. Discovering lube left by a previous guest highlighted inadequate cleaning standards. That's REALLY undesirable.

Staff was really good and friendly. My room was clean and bright. The location was excellent with good parking space available. I loved the breakfast and all staffs helped a lot.
There was a nasty sewerage smell came from the bathroom. The state of the interior windows a eye soar. I understand the building is old and very charming but needs improvement. This must get addressed.

The secure car park provided peace of mind with its convenient location. I found the building to be full of history, a captivating element. The hotel bar has a great vibe and the staff are always attentive.

My room was a good size, well equipped and comfy. The bathroom was really nice and modern. Quality toiletries and dressing gowns are in there. The bed was also super comfortable.

Breakfast was wonderful with a lovely choice and fresh produce. The hot offering are cook to order. Staffs were excellent in all areas very polite and helpful. Continental choice are also available.
