I found the hotel to be a hidden gem with beautiful rooms, especially the cozy bathrooms. The bedding was luxurious, and there was a delightful surprise treat every evening. On the downside, the room size was smaller than expected for a 4-5 star hotel in Asia, and my room was tucked away at the back, but it was gorgeous, clean, and luxurious overall.
