The staff were helpful. They did their best.
It was not relaxing. I noticed issues with overcharging for services. This included rides and spa treatments. The pool had bird droppings on a chair. That wasn't pleasant.

The staff displayed true dedication , particularly Beam at the front desk. She provided helpful suggestions. The hotel features a calming pool area. My room remained super clean throughout my stay. I found the laundry service reliable. Its proximity allowed convenient walks to the night market and shopping malls.
