the room was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. i also appreciated the quiet location. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient, with only a short walk to the saldanha metro station.
i noticed some ambulances during the night because the hotel is near a hospital, something to keep in mind if you're a very light sleeper

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

The transport options were very close! you could easily walk into the touristic areas. The room was clean. Food facilities were also available. They gave a bottle of water daily. Because it was my wife's birthday, they gave us cake and premium sparkling spumante for free. Breakfast offered plenty to choose from. All was fresh.
I booked a room, it said a double and single. When we arrived in our room, there was only one bed. We went to reception, and they said we should have informed them we wanted the extra bed. The receptionist then said they could not bring the extra bed until the next day. This was stressful.

I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning. It did not function well . The humidity caused condensation on the windows. This resulted in a cold and uncomfortable night.

A Romantic Getaway, My Wonderful Hotel Experience

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood. Markets and restaurants were nearby. The breakfast included many choices, the coffee was excellent (I really loved it). All of the staff were amazing. They were always ready to help.

I appreciated the comfy, massive bed. It had a firm mattress! Bed sheets were good quality. Blackout curtains are also great! I was able to check out at 12:00 PM, and that was really generous. I liked the nice coffee!
i noticed the two sachets of coffee and two cream pods they gave me when I got there, but they didnt gave me more during my three nights. One cream pod was sour, so I could not use it.
