Excellent Stay Close to Everything

The location was very convenient, very close to the Sao Sebastiao metro stop (I found this useful). The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast had a great selection (especially the fresh fruit!). Rooms were super clean and cozy.
The walls were thin, so I could hear noise from adjacent rooms (this was a bit disruptive).

the room faced the street and I found it was not noisy at all. the location was really convenient, right by a metro station and this made getting around easy. daily cleaning was efficient and new towels was like magic. i also appreciated that the room had temperature controls that worked.
the lobby lacked some character and seemed a bit impersonal for my taste. it did not have enough chairs for everyone.

I find the staff really kind and also professional. There was lots of choice at breakfast including british and continental options. I see hot food options always available without a crowd. I feel so happy with my double room, it was clean.
I think the room has lights which stays in semi-darkness all the time.

the location was great. it was right across the road from the metro station and it was easy to get around the city! the room had a comfy bed, i slept well.
The towels were quite thin. I wasn't impressed. the croissants at breakfast seemed more like brioche. They weren't proper croissants.

I found a quiet location at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I had a good-sized bathroom with a nice shower. The clean towels were replaced every day. I especially appreciated the good wifi, which allowed me to work without interruptions.
The breakfast was somewhat repetitive. The choices were limited. I would have appreciated more variety (especially with the pastries).

The room was clean and looked well maintained. The staff were very attentive and provided helpful service throughout my stay.
I noticed a lack of counter space in the bathroom. I found it difficult to organize personal items effectively. This small inconvenience could easily be addressed with minor adjustments.

The shower lacked a safety feature. Without a mat, it presented a slipping risk. Breakfast included many industrial baked goods, not to my taste. The coffee was also below standard.
