inconsistent information at the front desk
incorrect information unfriendly staff
the front desk staff really let me down. i am a low key solo traveler and had just a few requests. i received incorrect information more than once. also, the staff were not very friendly at all!!! it stood out because it happened with multiple people. it's frustrating when you don't get the help you expect.

quiet room equipped gym various options enjoyable stay
i had a room on the eighth floor, it was quiet. the gym was well equipped, i used the treadmill. breakfast was good with various options. i really enjoyed my stay.
the front desk offered me a laundry service. i was not told about the cost, i was upset.

The staff was friendly and helpful. wine and cheese were delivered to our room quickly after check-in. This was a nice personal touch. i found them to be attentive to requests, it was appreciated.

The breakfast provided many options. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I especially liked the spa. The gym also suited my needs well. Cleaning services maintained a very high standard throughout my visit.

I found a hair in the bath tap. The drain DID NOT work well. Parking felt too expensive.
