The location was very convenient. It was a few minutes' walk from the central station. The staff was helpful. The room was gorgeous.
The sheets were not clean. I had to request new bedding. I had to put it on myself. There was also roadwork happening outside. It started early, and the windows were thin.

The location was superb it was walkable to the central station plus it was in the middle of the city. The room included air conditioning and a heater. The staff was friendly and always happy to help guests.
The hotel entrance is just a door between several shops it is easy to miss if you don't know where to look

the staff assisted me with ice after i sprained my foot , and i appreciated their help. the location is a highlight , positioning you perfectly. room 322 even has a terrace at the back.
the music's bass was audible at all hours , and it made falling asleep difficult.

the hotel is on a main street and it is near dam square , i also noticed it is possible to see central station from the hotel , what allows easy access to public transport.

small roomstreet noise
i found some aspects disappointing . the room was quite small making it difficult to move around comfortably. also the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed it impacted my sleep somewhat. i also wished there was a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.
