Excellent Hotel Near Transportation Hub

helpful staffconvenient locationdisappointing spa
The hotel's location was very convenient. It was right across from the station. This made travel easy. The staff were very helpful when my keycard didn't work. One of the housekeeping staff saw me and let me in.
The spa was a letdown. It cost extra to use, and the red light sauna had a light that only covered a small section of my back. The salt room sauna walls were too hot to lean against.

Really good Stay Near the Station

great staffawesome locationloud air-conditioning
I found the restaurant quite good and the staff was perfect. The location was really awesome, super close to the 3arena venue. It is walkable to most attractions.
The air-conditioning system was quite loud so I had to switch it off. This resulted in a room too warm for a decent night's sleep. I suggest improvements here.
Location
9/10
The hotel boasts an excellent position near public transport. It is a short walk from the train station and provides easy access to many points of interest. This facilitates convenient exploration and efficient commutes throughout the city.
Rooms
8/10
The room was nicely appointed and clean. It also included modern amenities. This ensured a pleasant and convenient stay, addressing all essential requirements for short visits.
