I found staff to be very friendly. Food was beautiful and service was great. The room was clean with all we needed. I enjoyed the swimming pool. 8Am was a quiet time. I appreciated lovely surroundings and a beautiful walk by the river with green scenery. Plenty car parking spaces were available at the hotel.

Parking was difficult as an event was happening one evening. I think some provision should be staying to park versus those attending for an evening.

I found plentiful parking spaces available upon arrival. The hotel offered easy access to main roads. This was very helpful for exploring Hillsborough. The staff were so attentive. They ensured a nice stay. I also enjoyed using the free bikes to cycle along the Lagan path.

Checking out was not as smooth. There was a small delay in verifying a paid meal, though this was quickly resolved.
