mixed feelings ABOUT this stay
slow elevator disorganized service
The elevator service proved SLOW. waiting times were excessive, an issue compounded by one elevator being out of service. this delay detracted from the overall experience. ALSO, the breakfast service suffered from disorganization. i experienced repeated order errors. Items ordered were forgotten or served incomplete.

comfortable bed arrival cookies fantastic shower alarm noise poor food room upgrade
the beds were super comfortable! i had one of the best sleeps of my life. complimentary cookies and cake awaited me upon arrival. the showers were also fantastic.
I paid for an upgraded room. It was right by the lift. the lift constantly had an alarm going off when it arrived. ordered room service twice for breakfast, but the food was very poor.

quiet bedroom comfy bed lovely spa great staff
the room was very quiet and that bed was so comfy. the spa provided relaxation, it was really lovely. staff was great, and accommodations exceed expectations.
one elevator was working that cause long waiting times.

superior stay
attentive service efficient service convenient location helpful staff
i found the service very attentive and efficient. i liked the room service that was available 24 hours. they even obtained an item not on the menu which i VERY appreciated. the location helped since i wanted to visit the bord gáis theatre that sits close by.
The bar staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed. Obtaining drinks took longer than EXPECTED. the team did eventually sort it, though.

solid stay, some rough edges
cute staff spacious room nice touch
the staff was cute, i have to say. the room, a beautiful double, felt spacious. i found the pillow selection a nice touch, its something i dont see often. also appreciated the sweets near the entrance, it was like a nice touch.
breakfast service could be better is all i am saying. orders were sometimes incomplete or forgotten. the overall quality of the breakfast felt average for this kind of hotel, its nothing terrible, i would just expect better.

The room included contemporary styling. the size felt adequate. everything looked clean. I noticed daily housekeeping services keeping it so. amenities included were standard for this level.

Wonderful Stay at This Hotel
attentive staff interesting tour pleasant sommelier
I must say the staff was wonderful . Derek's small tour was interesting. I appreciated daily chats. I enjoyed having drinks and food in the lounge and on the patio each day. The sommelier in the dining area was both pleasant and informative.
The lift took a long time to arrive. It seemed like a very long wait for a five-star hotel. There was only one elevator functioning in the main lobby .
