The staff were so helpful and kind, assisting with such gentle care. the location felt safe, even late in the evenings. i appreciated the closeness to the metro. Transport became so easy. i did find nearby restaurants. They were perfect for simple meals.
The minibar was empty. I found this quite a sorrow after a long day. it could have been a lovely convenience.

the location was excellent. it was near both karlsplatz and stephansplatz, two prime areas for sightseeing. a lovely restaurant called "family and friends" is in the hotel (i enjoyed the breakfast!). the staff was very friendly and cute throughout my stay.
the food had an average taste and was quite expensive (i think they need to improve the dishes).

the location allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. beds were very comfortable. i found it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.
towels were changed daily even when not needed, this felt wasteful. there was no body lotion in the room, and the shower gel was empty for two days. it was difficult to get replacements.

I found the hotel's location convenient, especially with the train station so nearby. the modern building had excellent options for bars and restaurants in close proximity. the staff were friendly. I forgot my mobile in the lobby and they returned it. it was held at reception until i called.
the minibar light was on, but it did not cool, and the usb charging ports by the bed were broken.

The executive room was quite spacious. it featured a separate toilet room from the shower room. This was convenient. a fridge, a safe, a kettle, and an espresso machine added to the room's value.

The hotel is near the cannel, where many night shops provide dining options. stefan platz is a short distance away. the hotel is also near vienna mitte station if arriving by cat. This made transport simple.
