wide variety convenient location great staff
I found the location quite convenient for accessing both the city center and Schönbrunn. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The staff at the lobby bar were great.
The room faced the street and the noise from the traffic was noticeable, particularly at night.

generous size room metro station proximity rooftop sauna
The size of the room was generous, providing plenty of space to relax. the hotel's proximity to the metro station made exploring easy. i liked the rooftop sauna area. It was a nice way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing (though it opened late on weekends).
the minibar was empty upon arrival, and bottled water was not consistently restocked in the room.

amazing breakfast convenient location modern decoration
the breakfast was amazing. there were so many options (especially the pastries!). the location was also quite convenient with the metro station so close. i found the room decoration to be very modern.

spacious rooms wooden furniture friendly service unique artwork
I found the hotel to have very spacious rooms. The classical wooden furniture added a touch of elegance. The staff impressed me, providing friendly service around the clock. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel was a real highlight, offering a unique visual experience.
I had an issue with the room's equipment. The heater and AC experienced technical problems. The sink was blocked, hindering water flow, a real inconvenience.
