I found the location quite convenient for accessing both the city center and Schönbrunn. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The staff at the lobby bar were great.

The size of the room was generous, providing plenty of space to relax. the hotel's proximity to the metro station made exploring easy. i liked the rooftop sauna area. It was a nice way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing (though it opened late on weekends).

the minibar was empty upon arrival, and bottled water was not consistently restocked in the room.

I found the hotel to have very spacious rooms. The classical wooden furniture added a touch of elegance. The staff impressed me, providing friendly service around the clock. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel was a real highlight, offering a unique visual experience.

I had an issue with the room's equipment. The heater and AC experienced technical problems. The sink was blocked, hindering water flow, a real inconvenience.

technical issues blocked sink

The room was not well-equipped at all, i'm not even kidding. the heater and ac had technical issues. I mean, who wants that? also, the sink had a block and the water flow was stuck. It was a real inconvenience.
