I found the restaurant terrace amazing. it sits on the 7th floor and the views are great! i believe the staff provided excellent service there. also, the location was unbelievable. I didn't realize how central we were. the view from reception impressed me. It was fine, but the room also was gorgeous.
breakfast was really good but only one cup of coffee came with it, i thought that was very silly.

the location was excellent. everything was very close by.
I was a bit disappointed by the limited coffee included with breakfast. Only one cup was included. that felt a bit stingy (especially at this price point). also, i found that the rooms didn't quite match the description given. this created a small amount of confusion on arrival.

the location is excellent. it is central, allowing walking distance to almost the entire city center. the staff members are very friendly. they are helpful.
the bar and restaurant policies need review. i asked to take a photograph and received conflicting information. this resulted in an unpleasant interaction with the maitre d'.
