An Okay Stay , I Suppose

chilly roomlimited access
well , the room was quite chilly upon arrival. i had to request bathrobes and slippers because they weren't initially in the room , even though i had confirmed their presence beforehand. plus , the spa was fully booked so i had very limited access. it was like a bit much for the price i paid.

i find reception staff always kind. i liked the way the hotel management resolved my issues very fast. the concierge was very kind, bev served breakfast. tom and holly showed leadership skills. i have no doubt i will come again.
the air con was not working in the first room. this meant i requested move to another room with a small double bed. rooms look a little tired now.

The architecture and style inside and out met expectations.
The bathroom felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. I booked a room with two single beds, but the space was cramped and the beds were quite small for adult use. i expected a higher standard overall.

The reception area lacked attentiveness. I found this unacceptable! The staff seemed disinterested and slow to respond. The room lighting was inadequate. A brighter environment would be preferable. The minibar pricing was exorbitant. I expect better value.

i was told i could not use the relaxation room. it was only for spa days. this was disappointing as i paid a lot for the room. the bedroom windows were small, so not a lot of lighting could enter.
