the location was GOOD, across the road from the train station. the breakfast had a decent selection. the staff IS friendly and helpful.
my valentine getaway faced several issues, it was ruined. extra towels i requested were not honoured, that was a disappointing start. the hairdryer in our room did not work either, and a replacement malfunctioned.

The room included a Nespresso machine and kettle. There was a selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and Molton Brown toiletries.

the room offered toiletries by arran aromatics! the room was spacious and clean. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere on the fourth floor.
i noticed a slight lack of hair conditioner.

the location was beneficial, near the train station.
i requested extra towels and pillows, but these requests were not honored. this was a disappointing start to the stay. also, the air conditioning did not work. it got very hot in the room at 2am.
