The breakfast include a standard continental selection.
The room contained mahogany furniture I believed outdated. Sockets were absent near the bed. I saw the bathroom needing significant work. The toilet seat include a crack.

the people working here are really kind, i asked for balloons and a cake to be put in the room and they did it. they put the prosecco in ice, and champagne flutes were provided. they put up happy birthday banners around the room, it was nice.
the club room i booked says there would be free drinks from 6 to 8pm in the bar, but we didnt use them. we also didnt know about it before coming. there wasnt a sofa bed in the room too.

the staff provided quick responses and accommodated all requests, i saw that the team ensured a smooth experience. staff checked guests in efficiently and offered baggage assistance. additional services include currency exchange and a concierge to help with local attractions.

the staff offered polite and accommodating service, especially with pre arrival arrangements. they placed balloons and banners in the room. a bottle of prosecco chilled in a bucket with ice awaited us. the breakfast provided was also quite lovely.
the room felt somewhat drab and dated, not quite what i expected. the advertised complimentary wifi was only 5mb. i would use this up quickly. getting food at the hotel presented some challenges with limited options available.
