I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The view right at the centre of the Galleria was simply amazing, although the room was a bit smaller than expected. The overdecorated style added a unique touch, but not having a TV was a downside for me.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, with amazing views overlooking the Galleria from my third-floor room terrace. The service from all staff members was exceptional, especially Majeda at the reception. The location couldn't be better, just a minute away from the Galleria, Milan's famous cathedral, and La Scala opera house. However, some minor housekeeping and parking improvements are needed. The dining experience was fun, although the menu choices were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the experience.

The hotel featured double-height ceilings, a view out to one wing of the Galleria, and a beautiful staircase leading to an upstairs loft king bed. I appreciated the spacious room design but encountered a cockroach and mold issues in the bathroom, and the manager only extended the checkout until 6 PM after my complaint. The receptionist was unfortunately incredibly rude, making me reconsider staying here in the future.
