marvelous location extraordinary view helpful staff missing table missing chair basic minibar
the location was marvelous. my room had an extraordinary view directly overlooking the beautiful galleria. i also found the staff to be helpful and polite.
the room i was given lacked a proper table. it also lacked a chair suitable for eating room service meals. the minibar provided only basic items such as water, soda, and beer. it was quite disappointing for the price i paid.

single armchair empty room
the location of this place is amazing , right in the heart of everything.
the room i had felt quite empty , despite its size. there was only one armchair , which wasn't enough. the lack of a table made it difficult to do any work or even have a simple meal in the room. i expected more for the price i paid.

clean room antique design great location
I stayed in a palace room gallery view! the room was very clean and antique. the location overlooking the galleria was great. It allowed easy movement to landmarks and restaurants.
The windows seemed old, and the blackout was wooden. It didn't close correctly.
